Monsignor René Laurentin, Prelate of the Pope (since April 30th 2009), is possibly the world’s greatest authority on private revelation. He has doctoral degrees in Theology and Mariology, and he was a peritus (Latin for “expert”) at the Second Vatican Council. He has taught, written, lectured, and appeared in the media extensively throughout his priesthood, which began in 1946.
